Are we in Q2 already? Ibsecad had a very strong finish to 2017 and this has certainly continued into 2018 already.
Whilst December may be a distant memory; we managed to secure AYKON Tower (left below) and Southbank Place 4A & 4B which were substantial Residential schemes to start in January 2018.
Mace went into contract on One Crown Place (Middle) and our BIM & MEP services have been extended through the contraction phase.
Having already secured the Shell & Core in 2017; 1-3 Grosvenor Square Fit Out followed swiftly along (right below) thus continuing the excellent relationship with Imtech from Chelsea Barracks Townhouses.
Overall our Tendering for Q1 has already exceeded the totals from the previous 4 years and things are certainly looking bright despite the Brexit uncertainty...
