Ibsecad’s Growth Exceeding Expectations

Following a hugely successful 2017 Ibsecad has continued to grow at a controlled but above expected rate this year.

In 2016, we set ourselves an onerous five-year target for well balanced growth and just over two years on I’m delighted to report that we are exceeding it.

In these uncertain times, we could have been satisfied with maintaining sales levels of 2016 and held off expansion until a more controlled economic environment prevailed.

With the outcome of Brexit in the UK and its impact on investment into construction unknown expansion was not an assumption many businesses could make. However, despite these conditions, we are finding a huge rise in client demand for our services from well established, existing customers as well as new clients creating natural healthy growth.

Our sales have increased by more than 25% globally in the last 3 years and we are forecasting to double this growth rate over the next 3 years.

Since 2016, our U.K. operation saw expansion in all four of its offices and the opening of a fifth office in Brentwood, Essex.

Both Ashford and Woking outgrew their space and have since doubled the size of their offices. Our Leeds office has also taken on 30% more space and will be expanding into it later this year.

In the U.S. we have seen significant growth in sales enquiries in 2017 and a broadening client base. In addition to New York on the East coast, we opened an office in Los Angeles on the west coast with the aim of doubling the size of our team by the end of 2018.

As the construction industry continues to embrace the efficiencies brought about by implementing BIM, we only see the demand for our services increasing.

We are heavily focused not only on our client’s satisfaction and generating repeat business, but also training our staff. To stay one step ahead of the rest, we are constantly embracing new technologies to aid our team and deliver the best the market has to offer.

We believe we hit the right note in terms of practical and feasible functions of BIM to bring about real efficiencies to projects. We help our clients avoid unnecessary expenditure on irrelevant processes and focus on everyone’s ultimate goal:
