Skanska Rashleigh Weatherfoil begin installing services across all four buildings.
Our Bush House team have made great progress over the past few months, with all drawings reaching construction issue December/January 2014. With the employers requirements set, which included a set service void depth & ceiling height requirement, demands were apparent given the unknown structural entities of this type of 1920’s building.
With the ‘ISG’ hoarding in place the mammoth task of delivering this £52m project, over four buildings, construction is well under way for ISG & Skanska Rashleigh Weatherfoil. Our initial bid assist, with 3d modelling, supported ISG & Skanska with spatial concept and to identify early on, areas of spatial concern ahead of the build.
Skanska Rashleigh Weatherfoil are now installing services across numerous floors, including modules throughout the four buildings, with a commissioning and handover programmed for May 2014.
Here at Ibsecad the focus is on finalising the lower floors above ground, in line with the top down construction sequence for drawing completion, January 2014.
